Wisspa is built by one person in Sydney, and every message on this page lands directly in his inbox. Bug reports get read and (usually) fixed. Feature requests get read and (sometimes) shipped — the best ones come with a use case attached.
Writing a good bug report
- • What you did, what you expected, what happened instead
- • Your macOS version and which app you were typing into
- • Whether it happens every time or just sometimes
- • Bonus points: Settings → About → Export Diagnostics in the app, attach the zip to a GitHub issue instead
Writing a good feature request
- • What you’re trying to do, in one sentence
- • Why the current way hurts (be specific)
- • What “perfect” looks like to you
